This policy explains what information E&E Restoration Services, LLC ("E&E Restoration," "we," "us") collects when you visit www.eanderestoration.com, fill out one of our forms, respond to one of our ads, call us, or text with us — and what we do with it.
Information you give us. When you request a free estimate, book an appointment, or send a message, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, property address or ZIP code, the service you need, and anything you tell us about the damage, including photos you send.
Information from our ads. If you submit a form inside a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta passes us the details you entered in that form.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and hosting provider log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the time of your visit. We may use cookies and the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and confirm appointments, prepare estimates, perform and follow up on work, send appointment reminders, answer your questions, keep business records, and improve our website and advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, E&E Restoration may text you about your request — for example to schedule or confirm a visit, send reminders, and follow up on your estimate or job. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts; we will send one message confirming you have opted out. Reply HELP for help, or call (954) 263-4294. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The sharing described below excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business — such as our customer-management and scheduling software, phone and text messaging provider, email provider and website host — and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business. We do not sell or rent your information.
We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails by using the unsubscribe link or emailing us. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@eanderestoration.com. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

E&E Restoration is a licensed mold remediation contractor (Florida Lic. MRSR3421). We do not perform mold inspections, mold testing or mold assessments — our free estimate prices the cleanup. Where Florida law requires a mold assessment, we refer you to an independent licensed mold assessor.
